I feel great. Normal and human. I went to the gym yesterday and today. My cancer symptoms are diminishing (Kelli would like to think the chemo is knocking it out!), and the red marks on my arm are gone, so I am just going to have to say, "Thank you, Lord!"
I am very excited about some new opportunities that are coming through Fellowship Community. One of those is that they are bringing Nick Vujicic to the church on July 31 and August 1. He was born with no arms and no legs and has a message that is perfect for the students I teach. He wanted to end his life when he was young, but now he is an awesome speaker whose love for life and God are infectious. His message to young people is that their lives have purpose, and no matter how bad they think their problems are they can have a life that matters. I can't wait. I hope all my students come to see him!
