More Yuck

**UPDATED:  The doctor said that she was not worried YET.  If his symptoms continue tomorrow, it will be more cause for alarm.  Thus, we wait.

Ray attempting to smile for my behalf, though feeling pretty crumby.
We're waiting to see the doctor, but not sure if one will come tonight, even after being paged.  Ray's belly and groin is distended, and uncomfortable.  He is eating some, but the bile in his body is still not being absorbed appropriately, ridding itself in very unpleasant ways.

His wound catheter has been dry all day and that is good.

Still, I wish he were doing better with food and had fewer, not more, things to worry about.  If the doctor comes before I have to go, I'll post again.

Mr. Moore--this is a note from Jacob Turner and his mom, Susan Turner. (mom is typing because she can spell so much better! HA HA) We are wanting you to know how much we are thinking about you and praying for you and your family. You were such an inspiration to my son this year and helped him on his high school journey--and as parents, we are so grateful to all the time and effort that you put into him this year. Your impact is great. When we pray for our son's teachers--we always pray for strong Christian teachers to have a huge impact on our children. God answered this one in a big way for us. Please know that you and your precious family are part of our thoughts and prayers! Get well soon!

  3. Kelli & Ray,

I am so sorry that the weekend was bad, but hopefully with the start of a new week, things will get better. We'll let the students know tomorrow. I really appreciate all the updates. My hope is that you both sleep better tonight and things go a lot better starting tomorrow. You are both in my thoughts.

  5. Ray,
Man, I am so sorry to hear about the vomitting. I was hoping it would be over quickly. Hang in there because once the digestive track wakes up, it gets a whole lot better. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
