I am beginning to feel better although I have been surprisingly weak and tired this week. I still have a way to go as my ears are still ringing, and food still does not taste quite right. I am hoping to get back into the gym next week.
Kelli and I are very excited that Fellowship Community Church is sending us to the national conference of the Christian Alliance for Orphans. It is in Minneapolis on April 29 and 30. We can't wait to learn as much as we can about answering God's call to serve orphans. Steven Curtis Chapman and Tom Davis (Red Letters: Living a Faith That Bleeds) are speakers in addition to many lesser known presenters who have a great deal of experience in serving orphans through foster care, adoption, and other global intiatives.
