The alarm went off at 5:30 a.m., and I turned on the TV to see what was happening with school closings. I was surprised to see that Salem was closed, but it was a relief.
I realized last night that I had not been taking an anti-nausea pill that had been prescribed. I did take the one that came in a pack of three for just before chemo and the two weekend days afterward. I avoided the one for the next week because I was told that it would make me sleep, and it would be hard to sleep and teach. Maybe that was the reason for my shakiness yesterday. Anyway, I began taking it last night, so I was quite sleepy this morning.
I tried moving around a little today, but so far have spent most of the day in bed. I am thinking about trying the gym this afternoon - I should have had enough sleep (12-14 hours). I may use the treadmill we just got at home. We will see.
