Here's a picture of Ray getting his chemo. He was doing pretty well, and then on the drive home he noted it took a lot of effort to hold his coffee. Then his legs started to feel heavier. By the time he'd sat at home, he was getting shaky and tired. We're going to get him all set up in the bedroom so he can doze and wake as need arises.
This is Carol, our super-awesome nurse, in her Hazardous Materials clothing as she switches Ray from fluids to poisonous chemo. She was really sweet and took a lot of time to walk us through every step. And in her defense, she was wearing MUCH cuter clothes underneath the Haz Mat garb. :)
